This course is designed to enable participants to reconstruct a client’s personal cash flow using the tax return, personal financial statement, client interview and other sources as needed. The course also addresses tax vehicles such as partnerships and S Corporations so that the participants can evaluate the financial and credit implications of these vehicles.
