Learning Objectives

This course provides participants with skills to evaluate the real estate risk that underlies a large part of the private banking portfolio (investors who derive cash flow and wealth from real estate, loans secured by real estate, and loans for investment) and relates that risk assessment to the design of an acceptable private banking (as opposed to a real estate) loan.

Target Audience
|
Private bankers with two years or more experience.

Eligibility
|
Participants should know how to use personal tax returns to construct cash flow.

Combination of lecture, workshop and group presentations.
