Customized Courses
David Jeffrey Associates has a wealth of experience in designing customized credit training programs. Customized courses are frequently a cost-effective alternative to "off-the-shelf" programs because they address the specific training needs of the bank and are more meaningful to the student.
- Course materials are drawn from the bank's loan portfolio.
- Customized programs incorporate many of the bank's own forms and procedures.
- Senior management involvement motivates student participation.
In designing these courses, David Jeffrey Associates can assume a variety of roles. We will work closely with clients through all phases of the development process:
- Conceiving the program.
- Crystallizing course objectives.
- Designing course content and developing materials that reflect program objectives.
- Involving senior management in the delivery of the course materials to link the classroom experience to the job.
- Delivering the pilot program.
- Reviewing the program and modifying it, if needed.
For those clients with less extensive requirements, our involvement may be specifically focussed in one area, such as providing appropriate case materials and instruction.
